However, creating such an environment is not just about meeting certain conditions; it involves maintaining and evolving the environment. This may require changing the work methods and corporate culture that have been considered the best so far.
These changes should not be sudden and drastic but should occur gradually through daily efforts, achieving noticeable changes over a short span of one to two years, rather than over ten or twenty years. This approach is crucial for digital transformation, which is not a one-time event but a continuous adaptation to changes.
FS Creation has launched an AI/IoT implementation support service for companies aiming for true digital transformation by incorporating AI and data utilization in office environments. Our specialty is supporting the implementation of Microsoft’s Copilot/Azure AI. However, regardless of the AI service used, certain points are essential. Our support service addresses the three challenges mentioned earlier.
